How Do I Return My Item
1) Login to your BigJMart.com account
2) Click on orders in the side panel
3) Locate the order you want to return and click on it
4) Click on return item and process the information asked
5) Wait for a RMA number from customer service
6) Mail your item back to us and wait for refund

I Sent My Item In, Where Is It?
Please email customer service using our secure form on BigJMart.com.  We also recommend that you ship the items back with a tracking number so you can track your order that is being returned.  If you have, please pass this information along to Big J Mart so we can keep track of the return shipment as well.

Restocking Fees & Charges
- You are responsible for sending the item back to us at your charge and expense.  It is recommended you ship with a tracking number so we can track the package being returned.
- You are also responsible for a 10% restocking fee if the item is damaged, broken, or is abused upon delivery at the distribution center.
